We are seeking experienced Mechanical / HVAC Supervisors to join major Tier 1 commercial construction projects across Perth.

$120K – $150K + Super + Vehicle + Benefits & Relocation Packages Provided

Working alongside the Project Manager and Site Management team, you will be responsible for supervising HVAC and mechanical installation works on site, coordinating trades and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Projects include healthcare, defence, government, education, airports, hotels, data centres and major commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC and mechanical installation works
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site resources
• Monitor programme, quality, safety and progress
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
• Coordinate works with builders and other trades
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants and site teams
• Identify and resolve site issues
• Ensure works are completed to project specifications and Australian Standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' HVAC / mechanical construction experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK
• Previous experience supervising HVAC / mechanical installation teams
• Tier 1 commercial construction experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation, drawings and construction processes
• Trade qualification, engineering qualification or relevant industry experience
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
