�� The Role

• Manage plumbing projects from start to finish
• Oversee projects valued $200K – $600K
• Coordinate a team of approximately 30 plumbers
• Manage budgets, variations, scheduling and delivery
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Work closely with the Construction Manager and wider PM team

�� About You

• Strong plumbing trade background – essential
• Previous commercial plumbing project management experience
• Experience managing teams and mid-sized projects
• Strong commercial, budgeting and communication skills
• Confident managing clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Valid driver's license
