The Role

Lead and coordinate the property maintenance operations across a large, geographically-dispersed portfolio, driving service delivery, managing a small team and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with legislative requirements. This role requires travel across the southern metropolitan region, from South Perth to Mandurah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of building maintenance and refurbishment contracts across a large region - 1000+ sites.
• Maintaining budgets ($40M+), forecasting and cost control.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery.
• Meeting and exceeding company KPIs.
• Submit / Approve work orders.

Requirements:

• Perth based must be able to travel across Southern Metro regions to Mandurah.
• Experience across large multi-site portfolios.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• An understanding of WHS and legislation.
• Previous experience managing maintenance across aged care, retirement villages, student accommodation or Defence housing portfolios would be highly advantageous.
• A valid Australian Driver’s license.
