We are currently seeking experienced Sheetmetal Workers to join a busy manufacturing environment working across a range of stainless-steel fabrication projects.

This is a great long-term opportunity for skilled tradespeople with strong MIG and TIG welding experience. The role starts on a casual basis with a clear pathway to full-time permanent employment for the right candidate.

The Role
You will be involved in:

• Stainless-steel fabrication and assembly
• MIG and TIG welding
• General sheetmetal and fabrication work
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Producing components to specification
• Quality checking completed work
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety and workmanship

About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Trade qualification or strong relevant experience as a Sheetmetal Worker
• Proven experience working with stainless steel
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
• Previous fabrication and assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Experience within food manufacturing, abattoirs, commercial kitchen equipment or similar stainless-steel fabrication environments will be highly regarded.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm + overtime
• Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
• Saturday work available
• Consistent hours and overtime opportunities
